Find My iPhone app was put to test by law enforcement last week when police officers in California used the ‘Find My iPhone‘ app and tracking device to locate robbers who committed a strings of smartphones including iPhone 5 and wallets, purses robberies miles from Hollywood California. The Hollywood police department worked with one of the victims who had the ‘Find My iPhone’ app installed on her iPhone 5 and was able to help locate the suspects minutes after finding their locations.
