Once rumored but now surely expected half the size of the regular iPad now called iPad-Mini is expected to be announced on October 23 at one of Apple’s largest events of the year. That event is scheduled just a couple of days before  Microsoft announces the release of its Surface tablet. The half-sized iPad leaked as iPad-Mini features includes a 7.85-inch display (not retina) with a busting 1024 x 768 screen resolutions.
