The comedian Jimmy Kimmel took the the streets of Los Angeles the other day to proof to iPhone enthusiasts the iPhone 5 was not so different from the iPhone 4s. He fooled the people to believe that the iPhone 4s was really the iPhone 5 and they believed him! Amazingly, everyone he approached and asked how they like the new iPhone seems to genuinely believe it was the iPhone 5 even thought the new iPhone 5 is not yet available to customers until September 21st.
Ironically, one man even commented that “the new iPhone handset is a lot lighter and way faster than my iPhone 4s.” “The iPhone 5 is amazing. It’s better, taller and nicer than my iPhone 4s and can’t wait to get my hands on it” said another enthusiast.

The iPhone 5, which does look very similar to the iPhone 4s was released by Apple on Wednesday, September 14th in San Francisco, California and was sold out 1 hour after it went on pre-order by Apple and the 3 selected carriers; AT&T, Spring and Verizon.
The iPhone 5 is a little slim comparing to the iPhone 4s. The iPhone 5 screen is bit taller at around 4-inches but still width the same when held in portrait mode. Another visible different is the single piece of aluminium of the back. The iPhone 4s has a glass back.
